Nido Early School Yokine

We enrolled our daughter at Nido yokine earlier this year and our experience has been great. Our little one is always excited to go to day care and seems to enjoy all the different activities.Big thank you to all educators that work hard everyday to look after our daughter and special thank you to the nursery staff who are always helpful.! We can see how much everyone loves my daughter and as a consequence, my daughter loves everyone too:) Last but not least, a big thank you to the reception and the admin team too who is always willing to help.The centre is extremely clean and is always decorated for special occasions.

Terrible admin, terrible organisation, they don't keep people on the waiting list even though they say they will. I live walking distance from this centre and have been trying to get a placement since October 2021 for 1 child 2 x days a week. I have been told quite a few times my child will start next week. Then they fail to send any enrolment forms, I end up calling up to ask. Then I find out for the 4th time she has been told she will start next week that there is now no place for her and I'd have to go back on the waiting list. Skip forward from October 2021 through to November 2022 and I still cannot get my child in that centre

They promise you they provide great service, but never delivered. Everytime when i drop him off, crying, and my son came home with dirty clothes and shoes all the time, always have replaced educators, very poor management.

I had a terrible experience with this child care. My girl is fully toilet-trained. The toilet is locked. She has no access to the toilet and came home with all the dirty pants and end up wearing nappy. I made a complaint but no one has addressed the issue. On Wednesday, i had another incident. The staff Kuenzeng threw away my girl's undies into the bin without my permission. No one has ever notified me about this. She agrees to compensate for the undies and ask me to buy a new one, she will pay me back.The centre manager (Priya) comes up to me, telling me off in front of other children and educators. She said this is inappropriate to come up to educator to ask for money. The educator agrees to compensate for the undies and ask me to buy one and i dont think there is any problem. The manager screamed at me, saying, this is company's policy, you need to tell me and i will reimburse you, buy a new one for you. If you dont like it, you can make a written complaint or look for other childcare centre.The manager is very rude to me and show no respect at all. No reimbursement is given and problem unresolved.

Nido Early School Yokine is an excellent centre my son attends on a casual basis and he is always happy to attend. My son always tells about his day at the centre with such excitement and asks me when he can back. The Educators and admin staff at the centre are so lovely and welcoming , I would highly recommend this center. :)

We cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful staff at Nido Yokine. The staff are always so welcoming and the care they provide is excellent. Their caring nature is evident as soon as you walk through the doors.The educators are actively involved in the childrens development and they take the time to ensure each child understands what is happening throughout the day. Each day is structured and the staff are constantly encouraging and praising the children which ultimately makes them feel good.The centre itself is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and well-organised. The variety of books, educational and interactive toys and crafting area are superb.The educators are constantly striving to make the centre a place of excellence and most of all educational and fun for the children. Activities are organised on a regular basis and the staff routinely communicate with the families taking part to ensure all aspects of the childrens safety and well being are addressed prior to these educational trips.Overall the centre is fantastic and the staff should be commended for their efforts. Their days are long but they are always happy and smiling.Well done ladies and Thank You for looking after our girl so well. We can go to work knowing she is in a safe and caring environment.

Our daughter is 17 month and has been going to Nido yokine since before she was 9month. As a mom, it can be hard to trust just anyone with your child and I couldn't ask for better caretakers for my child. Nido Yokine ( staff and Management ) love her and treat her as their own and every morning she wakes up super excited to go to daycare. Their communication is fabulous and are always there to help with any questions you may have. Big Thank you for Nursery staff :) and the Management :)Highly recommended

My daughter attends Nido Yokine and we have had a positive experience. The staff are very caring and attentive towards the children.The manager is approachable and friendly. The manager works with the families to ensure they meet our needs and care requirements.Well done team, happy i choose this centre.

My daughter has been attending since august 2022 and is loving it! The Educators are always warm and welcoming, the rooms are tidy and set up with fun activities for the children, the meals are nutritious and the vibes are great!!
